The high standards of the restaurant of selecting the raw materials and the respect to tradition and quality have established Kontos Restaurant over the years as one of the finest in Aegean and Greek cuisine. Our farms in Mikri Vigla, where we grow all the vegetables needed, and our experience in selecting only the finest products for your menu and appetite are the secrets for the constantly growing reputation of restaurant and taverna “Kontos”.
The groceries and some of the meat we use in Kontos Restaurant, we grow them in our own farm in Mikri Vigla with biological and traditional methods. Some of them are tomatoes, green peppers, onions, cucumbers, zucchinis, aubergines, rocket, spinach, potatoes and more. In Mikri Vigla of Naxos is also where we keep our small fold of goats, chickens, roosters and lambs raised completely natural in order to ensure the best quality to our dishes for our restaurant and our guests who want.
